Contact Lou
Lou retired after a highly successful and adventurous 25-year career in the U.S. military, including serving as a Coast Guard officer and rescue helicopter pilot with more than 300 lives saved to his credit.
Growing up on the southern shore of Long Island, New York, Lou began racing Hobie Cats and Lasers at an early age. His sailing experience later grew to cruising sailboats through the Caribbean, the Gulf of Mexico, and up the Eastern seaboard.
Lou has owned 8 vessels ranging from center console power boats to large blue water sailing catamarans. In addition to being an avid sailor, Lou has considerable experience maintaining repairing and refitting boats.
