Why List with ProYSI?
Our number one goal is to provide outstanding service and advice to each of our clients.
Here are some of the ways we make listing your vessel with us your best choice.
Reasons to List your Vessel with Professional Yacht Sales International
Our Experienced and Dedicated Team
When you list your vessel with Professional Yacht Sales International, you will receive the expertise of an experienced, knowledgeable, ethical, and dedicated staff of licensed and bonded sales representatives and support executives. (Click here to meet our team!)
We treat each listing as we would our own personal vessel. That means familiarizing ourselves with every aspect of your boat inside and out. We strive to answer any and all questions from prospective buyers or co-brokers and speak intelligently about your vessel.
We have a reputation for listing clean, quality boats and yachts. We will advise you on how to best increase your vessel’s marketability, including assisting you with necessary repairs or detailing services to improve the running and appearance of your boat.
Market Analysis and Pricing it Right
We have found over the years that many boaters have an emotional attachment of sorts to their boats. Perhaps you have put hours of sweat equity and financial investment into your vessel. It is understandable for you to think your boat is “worth” more than it actually may be in the marketplace.
Our objective is to advise you and create a realistic view of what to expect from the sale. In utilizing the MLS and providing you with a record of the recent sales, we analyze the market to arrive at the most appropriate listing price for your boat. We provide the objectivity needed to get the job done.
Getting the Most Money for your Boat
Our job is to get you the most money possible for your vessel, and we pride ourselves on our negotiating skills. You will benefit from having the best in the business working toward getting you an acceptable offer.
After an offer has been agreed on, we instruct sellers to prepare their vessels for the Survey & Trial run. This includes but is not limited to running all mechanicals onboard and exercising all items to be inspected, so there are no surprises during the survey.
But it doesn’t stop there. Often, there are items or deficiencies found in a survey even though the vessel was prepared. Buyers may request adjustments after the survey, and we can assist in reaching mutually beneficial agreements to conclude the sale.
International Exposure
We partner with brokers throughout Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South America, Canada, and the Caribbean. We regularly receive calls from brokers seeking clean, quality vessels for their clients. Your boat will have this international exposure, as well.
We look forward to leveraging our relationships and providing you with the best service available in the yacht sales industry. When you’re ready to list your boat, give us a call at (727) 228-7727.
